At Treetown Tech, we’re a full-stack team that loves turning tricky ideas into functional, real-world solutions. We’re focused on our Mechanical Engineering capabilities here, but we wouldn’t get far without our electrical engineers, software developers, fabricators, and technicians.

Turning Ideas Into Things

Have a rough idea for a product, a mechanical challenge you can’t crack, or something that needs to move, lock, twist, or open just right?  We’re on it.

Our mechanical engineers turn early concepts into working designs. That could mean brainstorming mechanisms, building custom enclosures, running stress simulations, or figuring out how to keep costs low without cutting corners.

We’re most at home in the early, ambiguous stages — when you’re not quite sure how it’s supposed to work yet. That’s when the challenges are often the hardest, and our best stuff happens.

Fast, Hands-On Prototyping

Whether we’re starting from a napkin sketch or a half-built prototype, we move quickly from concept to CAD to physical parts. Our engineers work closely with our in-house technicians and fabricators to build and test early, so we can solve design problems before they become expensive.

We like to iterate fast, fail smart, and learn as we go. Our shop space is equipped to handle everything from 3D prints and CNC parts to weird, one-off test rigs.

Collaboration is Baked In

Mechanical work rarely happens in isolation. Need your design to fit around a custom PCB? Want a firmware-controlled actuator to run smoothly? Our mechanical, electrical, and software engineers work side-by-side from day one.

That collaboration means fewer handoffs, faster decisions, and integrated solutions that actually work — not just in the lab, but in the field.

Not Experts in Everything (But Great at Figuring Things Out)

We have a lot of specialists, but we are best at being thoughtful generalists. Quick to learn, quick to adapt, and good at solving practical problems with limited time and resources.

When we hit a wall, we collaborate, we research, and we test until it works. That mindset has solved a wide range of problems for products that are in the market now, from rugged enclosures in the field to moving parts that live in space.

Let’s Build Something Cool

If you’re looking for a mechanical team that’s small, flexible, collaborative, and very into prototyping weird stuff, let’s talk.

We’ll bring the creativity, tools, and team. You bring the idea, the challenge, or the “is this even possible?”

Contact Treetown Tech today, and let’s figure it out together.

From Concept to Production,
Faster, Smoother, With Less Risk.

You have the vision. We have the team and expertise to get it built. Let's collaborate to innovate, problem-solve, and de-risk every step of the way.
