Design Verification & Validation (V&V) Testing

Our QA process follows an APQP (advanced product quality planning) approach, using tools such as boundary diagrams, P-diagrams, DFMEA, PFMEA, and control plans to identify, test, and mitigate potential failure modes.

Material & Component Quality Control

We conduct supplier quality audits, material traceability checks, and conduct incoming inspections according to ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 to verify materials and components comply with all design, quality, safety, regulatory, and customer requirements.

Environmental & Durability Testing

We test plans that simulate harsh operating conditions to ensure long-term durability, including thermal cycling, humidity exposure, vibration and impact, and corrosion resistance analysis.

Functional & Performance Testing

We implement hardware-in-the-loop testing, automated test scripting, and real-world performance validation alongside power efficiency analysis, and load and endurance testing to help identify potential performance issues early on.

Production & Process Quality Control

Our Statistical Process Control and Six Sigma methodologies ensure consistent production quality. We implement in-line and first-article inspections and final acceptance testing to maintain compliance throughout the manufacturing process.

Rapid Prototyping Time

Rapid prototyping can be summed up as “learning faster and succeeding sooner”. Building low-fidelity alpha prototypes helps us pinpoint risks, validate assumptions, test hypotheses, and gather crucial user feedback.
