Who and how your product will be used is integral to product development. There isn't much point in making something work unless it works well for the user. Problem-solving isn't always done in a lab coat; it's balancing aesthetics with functionality and manufacturability, too. We understand that creating products that make sense on paper is only half the battle. It needs to make sense for the user in reality, too. Instead of fabrics and sewing machines, we have advanced CAD tools like Rhino and SolidWorks to translate your idea into a digital model. Having a parametric model to digitally sculpt gives us a way to refine the form, and look at spatial constraints and ergonomics early in the process. We start broad, getting input from all stakeholders to better refine the design.
Sketching out a digital model is an important step in the planning process, but we like to get our hands dirty. We use 3D printing, CNC machining, welding, and other rapid prototyping methods to interact with your concept. This is where we get to have fun with real-world testing of ergonomics and assembly fit, and explore user interaction before finalizing the design.
We hunt down solutions and overcome challenges while enhancing logic with artistry. We offer a creative approach that is reasoned out well, like pocket protectors in Hawaiian shirts.
